It’s so hard to find a good eyeliner that’s smudge proof, and more importantly stays in place. This one works and as an added bonus is ultra gentle and doesn’t burn my eyes!
And it’s only $6.24 which is great. My last functioning eyeliner was Kat Von D at sephora and cost $18.
